According to the statement, the Commissioner of Police in Delta State, Olufemi Abaniwonda, has ordered the detention of operatives caught assaulting a young man at Asaba Specialist Hospital by force. “Answer to this question will be that the order should be directed not to act against citizens, but rather to act for good.”
