NEW: The FBI arrested a Chinese grandmother for allegedly using drugs.

NDLEA has arrested a Chinese, 80-year-old grandfather, and another grandma, in Lagos. The incident comes after the father-to-be was jailed for one year on suspicion of drug offences.
